Shipping Information

Items that are in stock will generally ship to you within 3 business days of placing your order unless we are out of the office. Custom orders that are made to order by hand can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete and ship. You will be notified in the event that your custom order can not be filled within this time frame so that we can expedite your order in the best manner possible.

Items Damaged in Shipping

We do our best to package orders properly and protect them from any harm during shipping, but in the rare event that any damage occurs during shipping simply contact us within 3 business days of receiving the damaged shipment to arrange a replacement.

Returns and Refunds

Returns will be accepted if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to make arrangements to return your order to us in new and saleable condition. We will refund the full purchase price minus shipping fees once we receive the return shipment. All sales are final 3 days after receiving your order. Clearance and sale items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
